Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship outside of the UK. Our team are working hard to introduce worldwide shipping but we want to make sure that our UK customers receive the best service that we can possible offer before we expand globally.

What shipping couriers do you use?

We ship with DPD, Royal Mail and Evri (formerly Hermes). We try and give as much choice as possible when it comes to shipping options, but sometimes there a limitations due to size and weight. All available options for your order and shipping address will be available at the checkout.

Do you offer same day local delivery?

Yes if you are local our delivery service is Just Eat - order on the Just Eat App Wednesday to Saturday 10am to 6pm

Click and Collect from our shop

We are pleased to now offer a click and collect service for local customers! Place your order as normal and then choose “Click & Collect” at checkout – Then you’ll be able to collect your sweeties after 2 working days, from 10am-4pm, Tuesday – Saturday.

This means that if you order on:

  • Monday, you’ll be able to collect Wednesday
  • Tuesday, you’ll be able to collect Thursday
  • Wednesday, you’ll be able to collect Friday
  • Thursday, you’ll be able to collect Saturday
  • Friday, you’ll be able to collect Tuesday
  • Saturday, you’ll be able to collect Wednesday
  • Sunday, you’ll be able to collect Wednesday  

You will receive an email from us to let you know your order is ready to collect, which might be sooner than above.

 

        I've placed an order!

        How can I track my order?

         

        When your order has been shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking number which you can use to get live updates right up until the delivery date.

        I've received my order and a product is damaged. 

        We're really sorry to hear this - our team take the utmost care when picking and packing orders but sometimes products can get damaged during transit.

        Please email our customer services team at candiessweetsstore@gmail.com with details of the damage alongside photographs of the damaged products.

        There's a problem with my order, what do I do? 

        We're really sorry to hear this! Our team will be more than happy to help you with this.

        Please email our customer services team at candiessweetsstore@gmail.com with details of the issue and any relevant information (e.g. order number) and photographs if necessary.

        Can I return my order? 

        Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on orders due to the nature of the products that we sell.

         How secure is my payment? 

        Our payment system is 100& secure so you can pay with peace of mind. We encrypt all payment data and use 3D secure checkouts and PCI-compliant servers. You're in safe hands!

        Can I pay in instalments? 

        Unfortunately our website doesn’t take instalments.

        What payment options do you offer? 

        We offer a few different payment options at the checkout: Debit/Credit Card, PayPal or Google Pay. All payment data is fully encrypted and secure so you can pay with peace of mind.

        We list a products ingredients where we can on the product page. If you can't find a product's ingredients or want some more information, please just email us at candiessweetsstore@gmail.com and our team will be more than happy to help!

        I have an allergy, what should I do? 

        If you have an allergy and need some more information about a product then please contact our team at candiessweetsstore@gmail.com and we'd be more than happy to help you.
