Once you have ordered, we will begin packing your order and should dispatch it within 24 hours.

Our postage partner is Evri - once Evri receive your order from us, it will take them 1-2 working days to deliver your parcel to you.

So from making the order through the website, to receiving the order, it gives you a total wait time of 2-4 working days. 

Postage Prices

Our Postage starts from £4.99 and increases depending on the size and weight of your order. Orders over £50.00 automatically receive free postage at checkout.

Delayed Shipments / Delivery Issues

We strive to ensure that your order arrives on time, but sometimes delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or unavailable products. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email/mobile/text with updated delivery information.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check around your property and ask neighbours if they might have received it by mistake. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact our customer service team within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

In cases of lost or stolen packages, we will offer the following solutions:

• Lost Packages: If Evri confirms the package is lost, we will either resend the order at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
• Stolen Packages: If theft is suspected, we may require a police report to process a replacement or refund.
• Unable to locate: If Evri have marked your parcel as 'delivered' and attached photographic evidence Candies Sweets are not liable for your missing/stolen package.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or any additional customs fees.
